• Payment data (processed by our payment provider — we do not store card details)
• Course progress stored locally in your browser (localStorage)
• Scan responses submitted through the free diagnostic tool

• To verify and grant course access
• To send your enrollment confirmation and scan results by email
• To improve the platform and curriculum

We work with trusted third-party services to operate the platform. Each processor handles data only as necessary to perform their function and is bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

• Payment processor — handles checkout and card data securely
• Enrollment database — stores access records
• Email delivery service — sends confirmation and scan result emails

Enrollment records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for accounting and legal compliance. You may request deletion of non-financial data by emailing us.

This platform uses localStorage (not cookies) to store your course progress and session. No tracking cookies are used.

This policy is governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi.
