When you purchase or use our platform we collect:

• Name and email address (provided at checkout)
• Payment data (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)
• Course progress stored locally in your browser (localStorage)
• Scan responses submitted through the free diagnostic tool

• To verify and grant course access
• To send your enrollment confirmation and scan results by email
• To improve the platform and curriculum

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Supabase — enrollment database (supabase.com/privacy)
• Resend — transactional email (resend.com/privacy)

Enrollment records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for accounting and legal compliance. You may request deletion of non-financial data by emailing us.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Email forge@joldenglobal.com to exercise these rights.

This platform uses localStorage (not cookies) to store your course progress and session. No tracking cookies are used.

This policy is governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi.
